Model: Cisco // Cisco Clervoix.
Gun: James // Sidetracked Designs.

I don't like always categorising steampunk as cosplay, so this time it's in expressive!

You can see more of my and James's photography on facebook and I sometimes talk photography on my blog.

boy, i'd like to play with that gun! i bet it'd make a BIG boom. i was going to say it would be an even better revolver but if it is steampunk then blackpowder is more appropriate. nice job!!!

Haha thank you! My boyfriend James made the gun from scratch :)

you tell him he did a great job on it too, kinda reminds me a bit of hellboy's gun....so how does he do that? what materials does he use?

I just rad him your nice comment and he says:

Thank you. Some metal piping, a modified gun stock, a small plasma ball, duct tape, leather belts and a curtain rod end for a trigger :)

ahh duct tape.... i love that stuff! "duct tape is like the force: it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together." -mythbusters..... but what is a plasma ball? i mean i've never walked into home depot and heard anyone say "excuse me sir, where are your plasma balls?" XD

Haha we use it rather a lot. And a plasma ball is this thing: [link]

Actually, I just realised you can't see the ball much in this shot. This one on our facebook shows the gun off better: [link]

Haha yeah it does! The plasma ball is a battery one, looks awesome in real life but you can't see it so well in photos.
